APARTMENTS
Construction of a 100 bed nursing home over three levels with one basement level. Works included civil drainage fire service and general plumbing.
SANDY HILL APARTMENTS
APARTMENTS
A design and construct project including all plumbing and bathroom ware for 192 apartments over nine levels and two basements, also a high efficiency common hot water system with continuous flow, and a large scale stormwater detention system.
ASSISI AGED CARE

A combination of all-new construction and refurbishment works for a 120-bed nursing home, comprising a Stage 1 new build of 40 beds and refurbishment of existing plumbing and drainage systems.

This major community facility is linked to the Westpac Centre in the heart of the Olympic Park Precinct in Melbourne. The project provides a range of facilities including a new function centre, dining rooms, board room and executive suites, café and wine bar and a health, wellness and fitness centre.
