Partnering with Ireland Brown constructions, this project involved the development of a new high-rise apartment building on Gheringhap Street in Geelong.
The building includes 89 accommodation units to be utilised as serviced apartments and residential dwellings; spanning across 16 levels inclusive of a 3-level basement carpark. Additionally, the complex includes retail premises, reception, offices and amenities for Quest staff, back of house amenities, a business lounge, a resident lounge and a gymnasium.
The project also includes associated civil, site works, landscaping and site services. We are proud to continue working in the Geelong Region and with teams located in the area, look forward to many more projects in the region.
