Contracted by Hacer Group, this project involved the construction of 227 Apartments over 19 levels.
Major scope of works completed also on the ground floor level, consisting of communal spaces including a swimming pool, gymnasium (indoor and outdoor), residents’ lounge, lobby, mail room, building managers rooms, bicycle storage area, residents’ amenities, building services room and landscaping.
In addition, completion of plumbing works over 4 levels of basement car parking, and basement storage cages.
