With Troy still actively involved in the day-to-day operations, Plumbco combines hands-on expertise with nearly three decades of industry experience. Today, the company employees over 70 people including consultants and designers, estimators, project managers, site managers and apprentices. We are constantly working with our suppliers to source carbon neutral, sustainable and fully recyclable products as they come on the market.

Our site teams are headed up by trade-qualified supervisors with years of experience,
managing teams which are assigned specifically to each key area of a project’s scope
to ensure continuity.
These teams are also coordinated and overseen by one of our project managers, who will work with the
project from initial design through to final handover, giving every client a direct and consistent point of
contact throughout. Because we work closely with our clients,
we see every project as a team effort.
